Added features:
- full support of Yamaha USB MIDI protocol.
- Improved MIDI data management and USB handling for even lower latency operation.
Bug Fixes:
- Increased USB initialization timeout required by some devices such as M-Audio Oxygen series and others.
- Filter of USB MIDI data for 1 second after device initialization - removes occurance of garbage events sent by some USB MIDI devices.
